Shipping

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and the destination country.

We cannot guarantee that customers outside the UK will avoid additional import or customs fees. Please be aware of this when purchasing. All customers are responsible for covering customs costs on international orders.

We are unable to mark down the declared value of any shipments, as we are legally required to declare all goods at their correct value.

Returns

We hope you enjoy your purchase as much as we enjoyed making it! If not, and you need to return your order, please do so within 14 days of receiving your delivery. Once we receive your return, please allow 3–5 working days for it to be processed. After inspection, you will be refunded for the returned items; however, original shipping costs will not be reimbursed.

If you notice any issues with your order upon arrival, please email us immediately at enquiries@dockedonmondays.com so we can assist you as quickly as possible.

Please return all items in their original, unworn condition, folded neatly and placed inside their original packaging. Ensure that goods are suitably packaged to prevent damage in transit.
